Lavera Rose Lip Balm, made from lip carrying and beneficial antioxidants and softening and hydrating ingredients, offers a natural and pretty pink look, along with a gentle and pleasant scent.

Lavera Rose Lip Balm Review

As you know, lip balms are one of the beauty products, which I can’t do without. Over the decades, I’ve tried many many different natural lip balms and some keep a permanent presence in my makeup bags, purses, on my night stand, on my working desk… One of such lip balms is Lavera Rose Lip Balm; it was around 4 or so years ago, when Lavera launched the rose balm (there was also a nude one), and since then, I continue buying it.

Lavera Rose Lip Balm Review

The Lavera Rose Lip Balm is a gentle pink, with a slight hint of mauve, lip balm; it does not contain shimmer, which I prefer. The color is a bit of sheer one, though still pigmented enough to give that very natural non-artificial look – I just adore this color on my lips! In a way, you could say this is a tinted lip balm.

This lip balm could not be any softer and pleasant on the lips; it’s so nourishing and hydrating, as it contains an abundance of antioxidants and ingredients, perfect for lip care, such as shea butter, cocoa butter, castor oil, olive oil and sweet almond oil. The lip balm just glides on the lips and you can feel how gentle, soft and moisturizing it is. As the texture of this lip balm is so soft and feel so good, you’ll find yourself applying it non-stop, and because of its soft and melting texture, you will, if you’re anything like me, find yourself going through this lip balm fairly fast.

The Lavera Rose Lip Balm also smells so nice; I’m not sure how to pin point the scent – I guess the most accurate description would be – powdery. At any rate, I adore the scent as well.

This lip balm can be used alone for that slightly and just a little bit glossy look, with a very natural and pretty pink color. At the same time, it can be used under a lipstick, to mix a bit and dilute a bit a very pigmented lipstick, or it can be used above any lipstick as well; kind of like a lipstick topper for a bit of a glossy look. Any way you decide to use this lip balm – you’ll like it!

My final word?

Lavera Rose Lip Balm Review

If you’re looking for a high quality lip balm – basically a tinted lip balm – with a very natural looking and very pretty pink looking lip balm – then I could not recommend the Lavera Rose Lip Balm more! Containing quite a lot of ingredients, perfect for a lip balm – antioxidants, moisturizers – from vegetable oils and butters, this lip balm, with it’s melting soft texture will keep your lips smooth, soft, hydrated and pretty with its quite pigmented gorgeous pink color. And the scent is also lovely!

Price? Depends where you buy it, but it goes from €2,40 – €4,47; and while a difference in price can be quite substantial, depending on where you get it, I don’t pay much attention to the cost of this lip balm, given how much I like it. The problem is it’s not always easy to get it; I just hope Lavera keeps making it!

Lavera Rose Lip Balm Review

So yeah, in case I haven’t emphasized enough – I like Lavera Rose Lip Balm a lot, and have for years and I recommend it immensely!
