With 23 different scents and flavors, everyone can find their favorite Hurraw! Lip Balm to nourish the lips with all natural ingredients.
Lip balms – is there ever enough of them? Lip balms are one of those beauty products I can’t do without, and with natural beauty industry offering a myriad of natural lip balms and the joy that comes from testing as many as possible, there are also some which find their way to me again and again, periodically or sporadically.
I can’t quite tell you when was the first time I tried the popular Hurraw! Lip Balms – though I do know it’s been many years ago. And while hopping from new and never tried before lip balms, The Hurraw! Lip Balms always found a way to be in the mix, somehow.
With a simple formulation of lips-beneficial natural ingredients, the biggest draw to Hurraw! Lip Balms is the fact they come in 23 different flavors and scents – trying the new ones while also having the favorite ones handy – what’s not to like?
The Hurraw! Lip Balms are, more or less all of them, very soft and kind to the lips, providing a great amount of nourishment and hydration.
Over the years I’ve tried quite a many of Hurraw! Lip Balms – with my favorite being that of a vanilla scent, as this scent (in other lip balms as well) really suits me. The one I was looking forward to try was the rose one, which came out a while ago.
Today, I’ll review 5 different flavors of Hurraw! Lip Balms.
Hurraw! Vanilla Bean Lip Balm – as mentioned before, this one flavor is the most consistently used by me and has been for many years now. The scent is that sweet vanilla scent – and if you like vanilla scent in your lip balms as much as I do – believe me, you’ll find yourself re-purchasing this Hurraw! Lip Balm over and over again.
Hurraw! Green Tea Lip Balm – this one may be a bit less oily as compared to the vanilla one, yet still makes the lips soft and nourished. This scent is another one I’ve been re-purchasing over the years – though a green tea scent might be a bit faint and tagging along the more pronounced sweet scent. So lovely!
Hurraw! Vata Lip Balm – I immediately bought this one a while ago when it came out. The biggest reason? It has rose flower oil as one of the ingredients; on occasion, it seems the scent wanders into a geranium scent – and believe me, if you’re looking for a flowery, rose scented lip balm – you’re gonna really like this one. This one will also remain one of those Hurraw! Lip Balms I will continue buying.
Hurraw! Papaya Pineapple Lip Balm – I may not have (at least not now) purchased the fruity scented lip balm, as I am more inclined toward vanilla, green tea and of course – rose – scents, but after this scent arrived in my Love Lula Beauty Box – I’m glad it did. The scent is unmistakably summery – tropical, fruity and sweet. While it may not have an SPF, it’s perfect for the beach. I think this one would be also perfect for little girls.
Hurraw! Tinted Cinnamon Lip Balm – another one I’ve bought more than once in the past – the first thing I can tell you about this lip balm is that it’s a perfect winter/Christmas lip balm – it has that lovely cinnamon scent – and while it can be a bit on a stronger side – I don’t mind it at all. It’s tinted and gives a very subtle and sheer red color to your lips. One thing that should be pointed out is that it tingles a bit – due to cinnamon. And given its subtle color – it’s another one for which would be perfect for girls. As for the ladies – a great choice if you’re looking for a subtle red color on your lips during the day.

So, how about the ingredients?
Basically, all the lip balms contain the same ingredients; the only variations are based on individual scents.
The ingredients found in Hurraw! Lip Balms:

Castor seed oil is a thick oil with high fat content. It’s a water binding agent, thus ideal for very dry skin and widely used in lip balms. My final word?
It’s not wonder that Hurraw! Lip Balms are so popular – they contain all the lips-beneficial ingredients and come in a variety of flavors and scents; the scent of these lip balms lingers on for quite a while and while the scents are pleasant, they are not overpowering. The application is easy and smooth, and the result is hydrated and nourished soft lips. The lip balms are less waxy and more oily; they are not thick nor sticky.
The Hurraw! Lip Balms also come in a generous amount and last for quite some time – even if your lips are as fond of lip balms as mine and thus application of lip balms is more frequent.
The price? It varies based on individual stores, but moreso based on the country – however, given the lovely scents and nourishing ingredients – the price, which is around €5 – is quite acceptable.
Hurraw! Lip Balms are one of those balms which I’ve been buying for years now, and I don’t see this changing any time soon.
How about you – have you tried Hurraw! Lip balms yet? Which is your favorite scent? Let me know!
